By accessing and using Holiday Travel Zone's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- A valid payment is required to confirm your booking
- You must provide accurate personal information for all travelers
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Additional charges may apply for currency conversion
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the package and timing
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 10% charge
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% charge
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure: 50% charge
- Cancellations made less than 7 days: No refund
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Holiday Travel Zone is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.
6. Liability
Holiday Travel Zone acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party services. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
